Delete Your Account

These instructions explain how to delete your account for The Slowsteader mobile app, published by GK Press (Pty) Ltd under the Renata Roberts brand.
1. The app
These steps apply to The Slowsteader on iOS and Android.
2. How to delete your account
Open The Slowsteader, go to Settings, then choose Delete account. Confirm when prompted.
If you cannot use the in-app option, email support@renataroberts.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. Include enough detail for us to identify your account (for example, the email you used to sign in).
3. What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove your account and profile from our servers.
We also clear everything The Slowsteader stores on your device, including garden maps and logs, kitchen and recipe records, journal entries, reflections, and attached photos.
Uninstalling the app also removes locally stored content. Subscription purchase records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat are retained under their policies and applicable tax law. Cancel any active subscription separately through your App Store or Google Play account.
